Returns & Exchanges
From the date your order arrives at your door, we give you 30 days to fall in love.If you decide your purchase is not right for you, here is how to initiate your return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hifurbaby@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Custom Product & Photo Quality Disclaimer As our engraving process is automated to ensure fast delivery, we produce your custom jewelry exactly as the photo is uploaded.
User Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a high-quality, clear, and well-lit photo.
Quality Issues: Hifurbaby is not responsible for final results that appear blurry, lack detail (such as eyes), or look dark if the original photo was taken from a distance, had poor lighting, or featured a dark-furred pet.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Hifurbaby. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
