My necklace the first time I was not happy with and I let them know about it and they came right back to me and wanted to make it right, no questions asked. I was surprised, thought they ask for old necklace back mor money something. NO! Great company to work with. My 2nd necklace was absolutely perfect! It was my baby girl. I cried. I originally ordered 6 of the larger size Forever Paw Necklace’s with the December gem stone to put in the ashes and fur of my Big Beast Damien that passed away to give out to family members as a keepsake for Damien bc everyone in my family loved that Big Beast. Once more family seen the necklace and how amazing it was and looked more family wanted one as well so I ordered 3 more and I was happily surprised to see that they included a ring with his picture on it as a Thank you for supporting them and then a week later more family members wanted a necklace as well so I ordered 3 more of the same necklaces and again I was happily surprised with a different type of necklaces with Damien’s picture on it as well and another message saying Thank you for choosing them again! It was definitely very thoughtful of them to include those 2 gifts with Damien’s picture on them and the back of the necklace saying DAMIEN FOREVER YOUR BEST FRIEND bc that’s what I had then engrave on the original necklaces. Everyone has loved the necklaces and now they can forever keep a piece of Damien near their heart! Thank you for everything and if I need more of them in the future I will definitely be ordering from them again! They made all my family happy with them being able to have Damien with them!
